Have you noticed how your daily self care habits - your energy, diet, sleep and emotions feel different from one season to the next.
The natural seasonal ebbs and flows, the light and dark, the cold and warmth are all natural things that adjust and change throughout the seasons.
There is a harmony, balance - a Yin and Yang to it all.
We (us humans) are part of the same seasonal cycles, our Energy, Mood, Sleep and Wellbeing will adjust and change throughout the seasons too.
Our busy 24hr modern lives pull us further and further away from these natural cycles, rhythms and this can affect our ability to balance our physical and emotional health.
Not participating in the modern world is unrealistic - we all have to work, live our lives, however there are some simple and effective ways we can adjust our self care habits throughout the seasons to support our emotions, energy, mood, sleep and wellbeing.
I’ve spent decades training, researching and practicing movement, mindfulness and holistic health practices to do this and I would love to share them with you.

The next big seasonal shift is in January, when we hit the peak of Winter, how the modern world encourages us to overhaul/change/restrict/detox pretty much everything.
But seasonally this is a time to be more restful - We have just had the craziness of Christmas, we’re tired and in need of a good recharge ready to re emerge in Spring feeling restored.
With this in mind my NEW YEAR WELLBEING RESET will be all about honouring the more restful pace, Mindfulness and movement practices that allow our body and mind to recover after a busy festive season, sleep practices/tips to get the rest you need!
Habits to nourish not restrict, self care that boosts our gut health, skin health and immune system. Keeping YOU physically and emotionally well throughout the rest of Winter and beyond!

FAQs
Is it good for beginners?
Yes, its great for all levels. The movement practices, self care are all adaptable to meet you where your at and adapt to suit your lifestyle. Lots of modifications will be offered to build nourishing wellbeing habits that you can draw upon throughout the seasons.
What is the cancellation policy?
As these workshops involve pre ordering supplies, venue fees your place is refundable up to two weeks before the event, after refunds will not be available unless you can sell your space on to another person able to attend.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes all the venues I use have a car park and off street parking free to use. All we ask is that you are respectful to others when parking your car and ensure your not blocking entry or exits to other users or residents.
How to book?
These workshops can be booked individually or you can book for both parts. There are also gift vouchers available should you want to purchase this as a gift for a loved one.
Do I need to bring anything?
For the movement based session you will need a mat. All other equipment/props required are supplied and you will be advised of what we will be doing for each workshop should you want to bring along anything of your own.
