I’ve spent the last 20 years teaching movement, mindfulness, and wellbeing.
And I’ve lived what I now teach — the burnout, the hormonal shifts, the frustration of realising that what once worked for my body and mind… suddenly didn’t anymore.
That’s what sent me deeper. Into Exercise Prescription. Yoga. Mindfulness. Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies like acupuncture, gua sha, and cupping. Not as a checklist of qualifications — but as tools that helped me and my clients find a rhythm that actually supports us through midlife.
