Hi, I’m Debbie

I’ve been teaching yoga, mindfulness, and fitness for the last 20 years.

I’ve also lived through burnout, navigating hormonal shifts, and the frustration of finding that what used to work for my body and mind… no longer does.

I’m trained in Exercise prescription, Yoga, Mindfulness, Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies — acupuncture, gua sha, and cupping — and I’m a huge advocate for realistic and nourishing self-care.

The rituals I teach now are the ones that continue to keep me grounded, rested, and well in midlife — and they’re designed to work with your life, not against it.
