My Seasonally Themed Self care course.
Energy, Mood and Movement, Sleep, Skin and Body care to support you as we move from one season to the next.
Delivered in two parts - We focus on Energy, Mood & Movement in the first sessions, then Sleep, Physical Self Care for Skin, Muscles, Joints and Immune System in the second part.
Each workshop runs over 2 hours with refreshments, Nourishing treats and self care practices that are aimed at cultivating balance with the ebbs and flows of the seasons and our wellbeing.
These sessions run seasonally normally on Sundays at Linton on Ouse Village Hall.
New Year - Sunday 12th Jan 9.30-11.30am Sunday 19th January 4.00-6.00pm
Resting & Resetting your nervous system amid the busyness of Christmas. Think restful breathwork, soothing and tension releasing Winter Solstice Yin Yoga, followed by Floating on Sleep Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and the warm hug of hot choccy and treats to bring you round after your blissful 30 minute yoga nidra nap.
