In just a few minutes, you can start your day feeling energized and rejuvenated or alternatively they are also perfect to unwind at the end of a busy day.

Today we are focusing on the Head, Neck and Shoulders..

In this short practice, we'll focus on easing tension and promoting mobility in the head, neck, and shoulders. Whether you've been sitting at a desk all day or carrying heavy bags, this practice will help you release stress and feel more relaxed.

It's an easy-to-follow routine that you can do anytime, anywhere, and it only takes a few minutes.

So, take a deep breath and let's get started!

Ideally you will need 2 x tennis balls, some pillows or yoga blocks and a bit of space. This is a go to for keeping on top of tension around the head and neck so well worth buying a couple of tennis balls if you don't have any.
