Workouts include options for a variety of levels, and you are encouraged to work at a pace that challenges you but is achievable and allows you to progress safely and effectively

Short low impact, full body workout.

Exercises are demonstrated between 04:23-09:23 so if this is not your first time compleating this, skip to main workout once warmed up.

30 Minute conditioning workout for the legs, butt and thighs.

Optional to add weights, otherwise just need yourself, some space & water

30 Minute full body conditioning with the option to use weights.

Listen to your body and take additional rest between exercises if required.

Recommended props - Water, Mat and weights or similar (tin cans, filled water bottles or yoga blocks)
