7 Minute guided meditation.

Emotions come and go like the tides. We cannot stop them altogether, but we can learn to ride them out.

When you notice the ocean swell of a difficult emotion, try this meditation.

Join me for a guided yoga nidra themed around nature to rest & relax your body and mind. Recommended to listen with headphones to fully immerse and reduce distractions. Pillows and blanket for warmth and cozyness.
