Strength Reset
Join me for a Strength reset, perfect after a busy day/week to strengthen and tone your body and mind with low impact and fun kettlebells, Barbell and Dumbbell workouts.
This class is deigned for women to unlock the benefits to metabolic, muscle and bone health by doing regular resistance training.
So you can focus on living your busy lives feeling strong, mobile and energised.
These classes are designed for all levels and no previous experience of resistance training is required.
Debbie here and I help busy souls to reset their energy, mood and wellbeing with Movement, Yoga, Mindfulness and Holistic Self Care and have been doing so for the last two decades.
These classes run Monday’s 6.15-7.00pm Newton on Ouse, Wednesday’s 6.15-7.00pm Linton on Ouse and Saturday 9.45-10.30am Easingwold from January 2025.
Pass T&C’s - To ensure viability of classes, cover my time, venue costs and travels costs each week - my class passes are for consecutive weeks. I know this may seem ridged however I cannot provide the classes continuously, cover costs or guarantee your space without operating this way. You can however move your class to one of my other venues if within the same consecutive block.
