Wellbeing Reset
Wellbeing reset, is my Seasonal Themed Self care course. Energy, Mood and Movement, Sleep, Skin and Body care to support you as we move from one season to the next.
Delivered in two parts - We focus on Energy, Mood & Movement in the first sessions, then Sleep, Physical Self Care for Skin, Muscles, Joints and Immune System in the second part.
Ran over two hours with refreshments, Nourishing treats and self care practices that are aimed at cultivating balance with the ebbs and flows of the seasons and our wellbeing.
Debbie here and I help busy souls to reset their energy, mood and wellbeing with Movement, Yoga, Mindfulness and Holistic Self Care and have been doing so for the last two decades.
These sessions run seasonally on Sundays at Linton on Ouse Village Hall.
